Client

ONOFF collaborated with Worldrise and Cookin’Med (now Nnumari) to develop a comprehensive communication system supporting a guide dedicated to responsible and seasonal seafood consumption. The project combined strategy, storytelling, copywriting, and content development to translate seafood receipts into sustainability principles and engaging contents.
The work included the recording and production of interviews and twelve video recipes created in collaboration with Michelin-starred chefs, transforming scientific and ethical insights into accessible culinary narratives. In parallel, ONOFF designed dissemination materials aimed at both restaurants and the general public, introducing lesser-known seafood species directly at the table.
